         This week, like just about every week, there were some things which weren’t a surprise (e.g. the result of the SSM Postal Survey), some which were (e.g. Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe seemingly losing power after decades of dictatorship), and some things which we just couldn’t predict how they would turn out (e.g. Australia beating Honduras in the soccer). When we go on holidays, my wife Sue is the one who usually takes all the photos. But, on our recent holiday, as many of you know, Sue had a fall and broke her ankle and so I found myself taking most of the photos. I am sure you have all heard about the politicians who have lost their seats in parliament due to dual-citizenship. If you are unsure about what has happened or why, here is my over-simplified explanation. To be a member of the Australian government you must renounce any other citizenship from any other country.
