On Wednesday and Thursday Chris Forder and I attended a Prepare/Enrich marriage preparation and enrichment course. This was mostly for us to be better at doing marriage preparation with engaged couples, but it should also help us to help you in having a more enriching marriage (while not being a ‘magic quick-fix’). I am also looking forward to Renee and I putting into practice some of what the course covers, and enriching our marriage. Those of us interested in rugby league no doubt watched the Grand Final last Sunday night. South Sydney (the Bunnies) defeated Canterbury Bankstown (the Bulldogs) 30-6. It was the opening tackle that got everyone talking, as there was a head clash that resulted in Souths’ Sam Burgess suffering a very noticeable depressed fracture to his cheekbone. You might have seen the movie Three Weddings and a Funeral (1994), starring Hugh Grant.
