- The annual Equip women’s and teens Conference is being Live Streamed here on Saturday, June 22, from 10am-3pm, and you are invited to benefit!
- Equip Women has been going for 25 years and 9000 women & teens now attend annually. This year the theme is ‘Hope for the Weary’, with four talks on Revelation Chapters 1-5. This fits in very well with the theme of ‘rest’ that we are seeing in Genesis 2 and elsewhere in the Bible!
- Please register your interest by putting your name on the list in the Foyer from today. The Office will register TGS as a ‘hub’ for the Live Stream with at least 10 people attending, so the discounted price is $20.
- Food & drink will be provided for the day.
- Teens are free to attend (i.e. no cost)!
- The program is: 10am-midday Session 1; Midday-1pm Lunch; 1-3pm Session 2

The most important things right now are to 1) get more info on Equip if you’re not yet convinced that this will be a very good use of your time (talk to Tash Mills, Alison Sartain, Judy Nickles, Kristin Hohoi or Sam Gaunt, or info via the website); 2) show your interest by the sign-up sheet in the Foyer. 3) put it in your Calendar.
- I will be encouraging my teen daughters to go, and I encourage all of you TGS women and teens to go, and benefit!
- On the day all you have to do is (hopefully) bring people with you, turn up, eat & drink, listen & learn, & encourage your ‘sisters’ to enjoy God’s ’rest’!
